Smart Runner Yarn Nozzle System

The reason why it is called "Smart Runner" is that it changes the traditional pattern of nozzle driven by the machine head. Each yarn nozzle is controlled by an independent servo motor, which can independently control up to 16 yarn nozzles. With the high-precision feedback from the encoder, the yarn nozzles can more accurately stay at the stopping point, and precisely match the machine head's needle release and needle collection. It improves the knitting efficiency and realizes the knitting of more complicated patterns.

Yarn nozzle self-running

Each yarn nozzle has an independent servo motor control to optimize the yarn feeding process and increase the efficiency up to about 75% during pattern knitting.

Diversification of Flower Patterns

It can realize intarsia, partial jacquard, multi-color appliqué, reverse yarn addition and complex patterns that cannot be knitted by ordinary machines, with higher efficiency, more accurate precision and better fabric quality in complex pattern knitting.

Highly accurate yarn nozzle position

The system adopts closed-loop control, real-time monitoring of the nozzle stroke, high precision of nozzle parking, avoiding nozzle position shift, nozzle detachment and other phenomena, so that the fabric quality is better.

Low scrap rate

Because of the accurate stopping point of the yarn nozzle, it can effectively reduce the generation of rotten edges when knitting, thus reducing the rate of scrap and saving costs for customers.
